An Analysis of Foreign Direct Investment in Liaoning Province

外商直接投资规模和外资流入的不断扩大,对资本项目均衡管理和国际收支平衡带来新的挑战。本文通过对辽宁省外商投资企业的分析,提出控制直接投资外资流入规模,提高利用外资质量,完善外商投资企业外汇登记管理和资本金结汇监管,规范跨境人民币出资业务,加强跨境资金监管的政策建议。

As foreign direct investment and the inflow of foreign capital continues to expand,the management of capital projects and the balance of payments are confronted with new challenges. This article analyzed the foreign direct investment of foreign-invested enterprise in Liaoning Province,and gave the policy recommendations for the foreign investment management,such as controlling of the scale of direct investment,improvement of the quality of using of the foreign investment and so on.
