商务信用信息纳入征信系统的方法和途径研究——以辽源市为例

A Study of the Method and Channel of Including the Business Credit Information into the Credit Reporting System

商务信用信息是指各级商务主管部门及商协会在依法履行管理职责的过程中,收集的反映市场主体信用状况的各类信息。商务信用信息能够比较全面的反映企业与个人的信用状况,但目前,这部分信息尚未纳入征信系统,这在一定程度上影响了金融机构及政府相关部门对该部分信息的应用。研究并采取相应措施将商务信用信息采集到征信系统,是对征信系统内容的有益补充与完善,能够进一步推动征信体系建设与发展。

Business credit information can reflect the credit status of enterprises and individuals comprehensively. However,it has not been included in the Credit Reporting System yet,which to some extent impeded the using of it by the Financial institutions and relevant government departments. The credit reporting system will be supplemented and improved,as well as gained rapid·development,if the business credit information is included.
