关于政策支持“三农”经济发展问题的探讨

Discussion on Policy Support of the Economy of Agriculture,Countryside,and Farmers

"三农"经济作为国民经济的重要组成部分,是解决城乡统筹问题的重要切入点。随着国家"十二五"规划的出台,"三农"经济面临着新的机遇和挑战。本文在概述国家各项涉农政策的基础上,提出了应当利用政策组合来推进"三农"经济发展的建议。

As an important part of the national economy,Economy of Agriculture,Countryside,and Farmers is an important entry point of solving the problem of urban and rural areas.Along with the introduction of the '12th Five-Year Plan','three dimensional rural' economy is facing new opportunities and challenges.Based on a review of the agriculture-related policies,this paper proposed a suggestion of using the Policy package to promote the 'three dimensional rural' economic development.
