With the implementation of the Outline of Changchun-Jilin-Tumenjiang Development,the construction of Changchun-Jilin-Tumenjiang Development and Open Pilot Area has been a national strategy.Economic development requires financial support.So the financial integration of Changchun-Jilin-Tumenjiang area is of great significance.As a result,effective measures should be taken in order to strengthen the financial integration of the area.
