摘要
成本是项目投资成功与否的重要因素,建设项目全寿命周期成本逐渐被投资者研究、认知和接受,有经验的造价管理者也开始利用全寿命成本理论来管理建设项目,文中针对污水处理厂建设项目分析全寿命周期成本管理控制的关键环节。
The success of the project depends mainly on the factor of cost.The whole life cycle cost of the construction projects is gradually researched,cognitive and accepted by the investors,and the experienced cost managers also began using whole life cost theory manage the construction project.This paper analyzing the key segments of the control for the whole life cycle cost management of the secage treatment plant.
