摘要 研制了一套嵌入式技术的高速电磁阀性能检测系统.该系统在硬件和软件设计上均采用向下兼容的设计原则,可以在不同驱动电压和不同气压下测试二位二通、三位五通等多种电磁阀的动态响应特性及启动气压和泄漏量.采用MSA(测量系统分析)中的评定方法Ⅰ做了大量试验,结果表明,压力测量最大误差小于3 kPa,相对误差为0.449 7%,时间测试精度范围小于1 ms,参照《专用检测设备评定方法指南》计算得到的系统测量能力指数(Cg、Cgk)均≥1.33,满足设备验收要求. A performance testing system about high-speed solenoid valve was developed based on embedded technology.The backward compatibility of design principles were used in the hardware and software design of the system,which could be driven at different voltage and air pressure of two-position two-way,three-position five-way solenoid valves to test the dynamic response,starting pressure and leakage volume.According to the evaluation method of MSA(measurement systems analysis),a lot of experiment has been done.The results show that the error of the maximum pressure measurement is less than 3 kPa,while the relative error is 0.449 7% and the range of the time measurement accuracy is less than 1 ms.Reference to 'special test equipment evaluation method guide',system measurement capability indexes(Cg,Cgk) are both no less than 1.33 after calculating,which meet the equipment acceptance and requirements.
