摘要
以金塔辣椒为试材,模拟吉林省西部盐碱地条件,采用不同浓度的Na_2C_3和NaHCO_3分别对辣椒幼苗胁迫处理,测定不同处理的生物量、根冠比、相对含水量、根系活力、叶绿素含量等指标,探讨盐碱胁迫对辣椒幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:2种盐碱胁迫条件下,辣椒的根、茎、叶的干重以及根冠比降低,叶片相对含水量和根系活力也呈明显下降趋势;叶绿素含量表现为低浓度促进叶绿素合成,高浓度抑制;盐碱胁迫时辣椒根的生长发育首先受到影响;Na_2CO_3胁迫对辣椒幼苗抑制程度远远大于NaHCO_3胁迫。
This experiment took Jinta hot pepper as test materials.It simulated saline-alkali condition of western Jilin Province.Different of concentrations of Na_2CO_3 and NaHCO_3 stress on hot pepper seedling was takea It studied on the effects of Saline-alkali stress on growth of hot pepper seedling by testing biomass,ratio of root to shoot,relative water content,root activity,chlorophyll content under different treatments.The results showed that two kinds of saline-alkali stress reduced dry weight of roots,stems,leaves and ratio of root to shoot.RWC and root activity dropped significantly. Low concentration saline-alkali promoted chlorophyll biosynthesis while high concentration inhibiting it.Pepper root growth and development was to be affected at first of saline-alkali stress.By comprehensive analysis,Na_2CO_3 had stronger inhibition than NaHCO_3 on hot pepper seeding.
