摘要
以山东省潍坊地区"烟富6"苹果为试材,进行不同时期套单层塑膜袋对果实发育过程中外观及内在品质的影响研究。结果表明:套袋能明显改善果实的外观品质,提高果实的单果重,降低果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸、淀粉含量和可溶性糖含量。
'Yanfu 6' apple was used test material to study the formation of fruit development and inner,external quality with different bagging time.The results showed that the external quality was remarkable changed,the weight of per fruit can be increased by bagging,the fruit firmness,the content of soluble solids,the content of titratable acid,the content of starch and sugar were reduced by bagging.
