聚乙二醇模拟水分胁迫对密花香薷种子萌发的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以密花香薷种子为试验材料,研究了不同浓度(5%、10%、15%)的聚乙二醇6000模拟干旱处理对密花香薷种子发芽和生理的影响。结果表明:经不同聚乙二醇6000浓度处理的密花香薷种子,其发芽率、发芽势及胚根的生长都受到了抑制,并随干旱胁迫程度的提高而增加;密花香薷种子萌芽的可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量都有所增加,但经5%PEG浓度处理后丙二醛含量上升不明显,10%和15%PEG处理的,丙二醛含量上升迅速。 Taking Elsholtzia densa Benth.seeds as material,the seeds of germination and physiology were studied under polyethylene glycol(PEG)6000 stress with the concentrations of 0%(check),5%,10%and 15%(W/V)were investigated.The results showed that the germination rate,germination vigor and radicle growth were inhibited in different concentrations of PEG-6000,and the inhibited degree increased gradually with increasing PEG concentration, the contents of soluble sugar,proline of Elsholtzia densa Benth.germ increased observably with the increasing of PEG concentration and the prolongation of treatment time.The change MDA contents was not-obvious under 5%PEG,but by 10%and 15%PEG treated,the contents of MDA increased significantly.
