15%速克灵弥散型烟剂各项性能指标及测定研究

Performance Determination of Diffusion Type Smoke Agent of 15%Sumilex

以15%速克灵弥散型烟剂为试材,采用气相色谱外标法,测定其有效成分,计算出产品的成烟率;通过自燃点温度测定、碰撞试验、热贮性安全试验及靶标作物药害检测,测定其安全性;并测定其含水量和弥散性。结果表明:该种烟剂有效成分含量为15%以上、成烟率为85.84%～87.11%、自燃点温度(139±2)℃,安全性好,水分含量为0.2204%,弥散度高;各项性能符合企业烟剂产品标准。

This research was carried out to determine the active ingredient contents by external gas chromatography peak method in procymidone diffuse smoke(15%),and got its smoking rates.The security of smoke were determined by spontaneous combustion point temperature,impact test,thermal storage of and phytotoxicity test target crops.Used conventional methods to measure moisture content of the smoke,used a simple method devised by ourselves to measure the smoke diffuse.The results showed that the active ingredient content of this type of smoke was more than 15%,its smoke rate was 85.84%～87.11%,its ignition point temperature was(139±2)℃,its impact,thermal storage,and target plant were safety,its water content was 0.2204%,when it was used,it was distributed everywhere in the space. Its dispersion was high.The results showed that all the indicators mentioned above were in line with corporate product requirements and the methods were simple,rapid and accurate.
