摘要
以不同浓度的NaCl和NaHCO_3溶液分别对番茄种子进行胁迫处理,研究不同盐胁迫对番茄种子萌发及芽苗生长的影响。结果表明:NaCl和NaHCO_3处理均对番茄种子萌发及幼苗生长具有一定的抑制作用;相同浓度的NaHO_3处理对番茄种子萌发的抑制作用强于NaCl处理;供试种子可以忍耐0.06mol/L的NaCl胁迫和0.03mol/L的NaHCO_3胁迫。
To study the effect of the NaCl and the NaHCO_3 solutions on the germinate characteristic of the tomato seeds and the seedlings' growth on the germinate stage.0.3 mol/L,0.6 mol/L,0.9 mol/L,0.12 mol/L NaCl and NaHCO_3 solutions were used separately to stress the tomato seeds.The results showed that NaCl and NaHCO_3 had observe inhibition during the tomato seeds germinate.The tomato seeds could endure the stress with 0.06 mol/L NaCl and 0.03 mol/L NaHCO_3.
