摘要
天然纤维复合材料是材料发展的重要方向,表面处理已成为天然纤维复合材料制备中的重要环节。本文研究真空辅助成型工艺(VARTM)中亚麻纤维增强体结构及表面处理对树脂流动性能的影响。结果表明,增强体相同方向的试样,沿试样相反方向测试的渗透率值不同;渗透率随真空压力及增强体层数的增大而减小;随着回潮率的增大,树脂流动性能降低,流动各向异性增大;氢氧化钠处理可提高树脂流动性能,但对树脂流动各向异性影响不大。
Natural fibers have been widely used to manufacture composites,the surface treatment of natural fibre is considered as an essential step in the composite process to get high quality final product.This paper mainly investigates the effect of flax reinforcement structure and surface treatment on flow character.The results show that different permeability values were determined for the specimens cut from the same direction but infused from the opposite directions.The increase of vacuum pressure and reinforcement layers leads to lower permeability values.The results show that with the increase of the moisture regain,the permeability decreased,the flow anisotropy increased.The sodium hydroxide treatment increases the reinforcement permeability,but has no obvious effect on flow anisotropy.
