聚酯玻璃钢氙灯加速老化弯曲强度的分形现象研究 被引量:3

摘要 对聚酯玻璃钢进行实验室氙灯加速老化试验,测试了聚酯玻璃钢不同老化时间的弯曲强度。研究发现,弯曲强度与老化时间关系的现象是分形的,采用改变观察尺度计算方法对分形部分进行了分形维数的计算,得到聚酯的分形维数为1.24、含碳酸钙聚酯玻璃钢的分形维数为1.12、聚酯玻璃钢的分形维数为1.08,这说明氙灯加速老化下弯曲强度变化的复杂程度是按聚酯、含碳酸钙聚酯玻璃钢、聚酯玻璃钢顺序依次降低的。 Unsaturated polyester and glass fiber reinforced polyester were accelerated aged by the xenon arc lamp,the bending strengths are measured.It is found that the relationship of the bending strength and the ageing time is the fractal phenomena.The fractal dimensions of the bending strength are calculated by means of changing the observing scale,the results are the polyester fractal dimension is 1.24,that of glass fiber reinforced polyester containing calcium carbonate is 1.12,and the glass fiber reinforced polyester's is 1.08.The complexity of the bending strength according to the polyester,glass fiber reinforced composite containing calcium carbonate,glass fiber reinforced composite sequence is degressive under accelerating aged by the xenon arc lamp.
