摘要
目的观察某学院学员长途奔袭训练对肾脏功能的影响。方法受试学员211名,分别在100 km长途奔袭训练前、后30 min内留取尿液进行尿干化学分析和显微镜检查,尿蛋白阳性标本另行十二烷基磺酸钠-琼脂糖凝胶电泳(SDS-AGE)非浓缩尿蛋白分析,并对训练后尿蛋白阳性学员进行复检。结果长途奔袭训练后尿蛋白阳性率19.0%、酮体阳性率55.5%、血红蛋白阳性率24.6%、镜下血尿阳性率9.5%,均显著高于长途奔袭训练前(P<0.01)。电泳分析:单纯白蛋白尿89.6%(43/48),肾小球型蛋白尿4.2%(2/48)、混合性蛋白尿6.2%(3/48)。结论长途奔袭训练致肾脏损伤的发生率较高,尿常规筛查对早期发现和预防肾脏损伤具有重要意义,SDS-AGE非浓缩尿蛋白电泳分析有助于进一步了解肾脏损伤的部位和分型。
Objective To investigate the effects of long-distance raid training on renal function in academy students.Methods Two hundred and eleven students underwent a long-distance raid training of 100 km.Urine samples were collected 30 minutes before and after the training for dry chemistry analysis and microscopy respectively.The protein-positive samples further underwent sodium dodecyl sulfate-agarose gel electrophoresis(SDS-AGE) of non-concentrated urine protein,and the students with positive urine protein after training were reexamined.Results The incidence of proteinuria,ketone bodies,hemoglobinurea and microscopic hematuria after long-distance raid training was 19.0%,55.5%,24.6% and 9.5%,respectively,which was significantly higher than that prior to training(P < 0.01).Urine protein samples were analyzed with SDS-AGE of non-concentrated urine protein and there was an incidence of simple albuminuria at 89.6%(43/48),glomerular proteinuria at 4.2%(2/48) and mixed proteinuria at 6.2(3/48),respectively.Conclusion Long-distance raid training has strong impact on the incidence of renal injury.Urine routine screening is of great significance for early detection and prevention of renal injury.SDS-AGE of non-concentrated urine protein contributes to further understanding of the sites and typing of renal injury.
