摘要
论文首先阐述了福建人力资源开发现状,然后利用DEA数据包络分析模型分析了福建省近十年来专业技术人才引进的经济效率问题,揭示福建在技术人才引进方面存在的问题,并指出在海西建设中福建省从战略高度合理、有效地进行人力资源引进与开发的必要性与紧迫性。最后提出政策建议。
First, this paper describes the situation of HRD in Fujian Provence, then analysis the economic efficiency of introducing professor and technological talents in the resent ten years of Fujian Provence by DEA model, in order to reveal the problems of introducing professor and technological talents in Fujian Provence, and points out the necessary and urgency of introducing human resource rationally and effectively for Fujian Provence in the construction of the Western coast of the Taiwan Straits. Finally related policy suggestion is forwarded.
