摘要
基于BCS理论,在紧束缚近似下,通过求解Bogoliubov-de Gennes(BdG)方程,自洽地计算了石墨烯晶格中S波超导配对势对化学势的依赖关系.并分别讨论了点杂质和Anderson无序对体系S波超导配对势的影响.
On the basis of self-consistent calculation of the Bogoliubov-de-Gennes equations on a finite honeycomb lattice with s-wave pairing,the research vestigates effects of chemical potential and different type of disorder on the system.The dependence of pairing potential on the chemical potential and disorder are calculated.The relation between the results and electronic structure is also discussed.
