摘要
通过4,5-二甲基呋喃氨基腈与芳醛反应,制得希夫碱,再采用NaBH4还原,合成了8个新型的4,5-二甲基呋喃氨基腈衍生物.其结构经1H NMR,IR,EI-Ms分析证实.生物活性测试结果表明,目标化合物具有一定的抗菌活性.
Reaction of 4,5-dimethyl furan aminonitriles with aromatic aldehydes gives Schiff bases,which is reduced with NaBH4 to provide 8 new 4,5-dimethyl furan aminonitriles derivatives.Their structures are characterized by 1HNMR,IR,MS.The preliminary bioassays indicate that these compounds possess certain fungicidal activities against five kinds of fungi at a concentration of 200 mg/L.
