摘要
采用自然沉降法,1 d内3个不同时间点对河北大学校园5个典型学生室内活动区的空气微生物进行了取样和分析.结果表明:室内空气微生物细菌和真菌分别约占40%和60%,革兰氏阳性菌达到94.3%;5个采样区空气微生物最低浓度为1 355 cfu.m-3,最高浓度为3 586 cfu.m-3,属于清洁和较清洁范围.1 d内早上9∶00微生物浓度最高,平均值为4 437 cfu.m-3,晚上18∶00浓度最低为1 613 cfu.m-3,属于较清洁和清洁范围.5个室内空气监测点,属于较清洁范围占72.5%,属于清洁范围占27.5%,表明校园室内空气质量整体良好.
Adopting natural settlement method to sample airborne microbe in three different time points in a day and to give an analyse in five typical indoor active regions of students on campus in Hebei University.It shows that indoor microbes are mostly bacteria and fungi,bacteria about 40% and fungi about 60%.Among bacteria the Gram positive ones account for 94.3%.In five sample regions the lowest concentration of airborne microbe is 1 355CFU/m3,the highest one is 3 586CFU/m3,belonging to cleanness and relative cleanness.In three different time points in a day,at 9:00 the average concentration of airborne microbe is the highest and reachs 4 437CFU/m3,at 18:00 the average one is lowest and reachs 1 613CFU/m3,belonging to relative cleanness and cleanness.Among 5 indoor air monitoring sites,the relative cleanness ones account for 72.5%,and the cleanness ones account for 27.5%,which indicat that the overall quality of indoor air on campus is good.
