摘要 采用响应面法中Box-Behnken优化微波提取葛根总黄酮的最佳条件.根据试验设计,研究了微波功率、提取时间、液固比等条件对总黄酮得率的影响.建立了总黄酮得率与因素变量的二次回归模型方程,模型极其显著.优化最佳提取条件为:以80%的乙醇为提取溶剂,微波功率417 W,提取时间10 min,液固比40∶1 mL.g-1,此最佳工艺条件下葛根总黄酮得率为4.923 mg.g-1. The extraction process of total flavones from puerariae by microwave-assisted extraction is studied.Based on single factor test,Box-Behnken Design is applied to research the effects of microwave power,extraction time and liquid-solid ratio on the extraction rate of total flavones.Quadratic regression model equation between the extraction rate of total flavones and the factors are established,and the regression model is significant.The optimal extraction conditions are then determined as follows: 80% ethanol as solvent,the microwave power at 417 W,the extraction time at 10 min and the liquid-solid ratio at 40∶1mL·g-1.In this case,the extraction rate of total flavones from puerariae sample reaches to 4.923 mg·g-1.
