摘要 考察了新型EDI膜堆中电压对载镍阳离子交换树脂电再生的影响.发现升高电压可显著提高树脂再生效果,30 V电压下运行10 h可使树脂获得近于100%再生,膜堆中无Ni(OH)2沉淀产生.综合考虑再生效果和运行能耗,20 V是比较理想的再生电压. Effect of applied voltage on EDI electro-regeneration of cation exchange resins loaded with nickel ions is investigated.The result shows that increase of voltage could get better regeneration effect,and resins could be nearly 100% regenerated at 30V voltage during the running of 10 h,without Ni(OH)2 precipitation formed.Considering synthetically regeneration effect and energy consumption,20 V is the appropriate voltage.
