3种长链脂肪酸对水华鱼腥藻的生长影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了十二酸(月桂酸)9、,12-十八碳二烯酸、9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸3种长链脂肪酸对密度为2.575×106个/mL水华鱼腥藻的生长影响.结果表明,这3种长链脂肪酸对水华鱼腥藻都有不同程度的抑制作用,其浓度越大效果越明显.在同一时间内,这3种脂肪酸对水华鱼腥藻的抑藻作用大小顺序为:十二酸>十八碳三烯酸>十八碳二烯酸,十二酸对水华鱼腥藻的生长有很强的抑制作用. Effects of three long chain fatty acids on the growth of Anabaena flos-aquae in the cell density of 2.575×106 cells/mL are studied by dodecanoic acid,9,12-octadecadienoic acid,9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid,the results show that three long chain fatty acid on the inhibition of anabaena flos-aquae are different.The inhibiting shows more inhibitory effect in high concentration.In the some time,the inhibition is as follows: dodecanoic acid > octadecatrienoic acid>octadecadienoic acid.
