摘要
用透射电镜镜研究了日本三角涡虫(Dugesia japonica)肠上皮的超微结构,结果表明:肠上皮由两类细胞构成,一类为电子密度高深染的细胞,另一类为电子密度低浅染的细胞;深染的细胞没有突向肠腔,内有大小不一的未着色和深染的囊泡;浅染的细胞游离面呈不规则样突向肠腔,也含有很多大小不一的未着色和浅染的囊泡;浅染的细胞中可见含有细菌的吞噬泡.因此,在研究人类脏器中吞噬细胞的作用机理方面,日本三角涡虫肠上皮可以发挥重要作用.
The Ultrastructure of intestinal epithelium of freshwater planarian Dugesia japonica is studied by electron microscopy.The results indicate that intestine epithelium is made up of two sorts of cells: one is of dark color because of high electron density,the other is of undertint because of low electron density.The cells of dark color do not project towards intestinal cavity,and have a lot of uneven vesicles in size and color.The free surface of undertint cell projects towards intestinal cavity.The undertint cell has also a lot of uneven vesicles in size and color,and has phagocytic vacuoles that contain some bacteria.Hence,the intestinal epithelium of freshwater planarian will play an important role in studying mechanism of phagocyte located at viscera of human beings.
