毛冬青药材的鉴别研究

Distinguish and Identification of Ilex Pubescen

目的:建立毛冬青药材的显微鉴别和薄层鉴别方法。方法:采集不同地区的毛冬青药材,对药材粉末进行显微鉴别,发现其共同的显微特征;采用薄层方法对毛冬青药材进行薄层鉴别,用其特征性对照品及对照药材来进行比较。结果:显微鉴别显示多批药材粉末中均有淀粉粒、具缘纹孔导管、石细胞及晶纤维;薄层鉴别显示多批毛冬青药材在对照药材及IlexgeninA、毛冬青皂苷甲、毛冬青皂苷B1和毛冬青皂苷B2对照品相应位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。结论:本文所建立方法适用于毛冬青药材的鉴别及质量控制。

Objective:To establish the method of micro character identification and thin-layer chromatograph of Ilex Pubescen.Method: We collected the roots of Ilex Pubesens from different places,observe the common micro characters of the compound and identifid them by TLC.Result: The micro identification shows the same characters: Starch grains、bordered pits vessels、Stone cells、Crystal fiber;The thin-layer chromatograph showed that the Ilex Pubescens had the similar spots with the mixed Reference substance and the Reference medicine at the same position.Consult: The method we established can be used to identify Ilex Pubescen and control the quality of it.
