摘要
采用B/S模式建立焊接数据平台.该数据平台包含了材料库、实验库、模拟库和预测库,提供实验数据、模拟数据和材料资料的查询,在此基础上通过焊接模型和调用预测库数据能够进行焊接热循环曲线的预测.为设计人员更好地制定合适的焊接工艺提供了参考,具有重要的工程意义.
A welding data platform was established by using B/S model.The data platform includes a material database,test database,simulation database and prediction of the database,providing the experimental data,simulation data and material data query.Based on this,the welding model and the forecast library data were used to forecast the welding heat cycle curve.This research provides a reference for designers to well develop the suitable welding process,which has important engineering significance.
