胆固醇结石红外光谱分层分析

An analysis of cholesterol content of different faults of the cholesterol stones

目的:研究胆结石成核过程中决定性影响因素。方法:采用红外光谱技术,定性及半定量分析胆固醇结石不同断层胆固醇的含量。结果:胆固醇仅在结石核心出现,而且随着从核心至周边的秩序含量依次减少,最外层没有出现胆固醇。结论:结石成核过程中胆固醇过饱和性起决定性作用。

Objective: To study the decisive factor in the course of gallstone nucleation.Methods: Using infrared spectroscopy,qualitatively and semi-quantitatively analyze cholesterol content of different faults of the cholesterol stones.Results: cholesterol occurs only in the core calculus,and content decreases from the core to the surrounding and cholesterol does not appear in the outermost layer.Conclusion: cholesterol supersaturation plays a decisive role in the course of gallstone nucleation.
