某医高专新生抑郁状况调查

Survey of depression in medical college freshmen

目的:了解医学生抑郁现况,为高校开展大学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)和自编的问卷调查表,以分层整群抽样法对831名医学大专新生进行调查。结果:被调查的学生抑郁状况检出率为为29.00%,其中男性(24.84%)低于女性(31.53%)(χ2=4.243,P<0.05);恋爱者抑郁检出率(37.762%)高于非恋爱者(27.180%)(2χ=6.439,P<0.05);月均生活费小于300元、300~499元、500元及以上者抑郁状况检出率分别为29.801%、25.882%、39.423%,三者之间差别有统计学意义(χ2=7.588,P<0.05)。结论:抑郁状况是大学新生常见的情绪问题,与性别、家庭经济、社会环境有关,应引起有关部门高度重视,并采取有效的干预措施。

Objective:To explore depression in medical college students,and to provide basis for developing psychological health education in colleges.Method: Use the Self-rating Depressive Scale(CES-D) and a self-designed questionnaire survey to investigate 831 medical college students,using stratified cluster sampling method.Results: depression rate was 29.00%,male students was 24.84% and female students was 31.53%(χ2=4.243,P<0.05);students who were falling in love was 37.762%,and who were not falling in love was 7.180%(χ2=6.439,P<0.05);Monthly spending <300,300~499,≥500 depression rate was respectively 29.801%、25.882%、39.423%(χ2=7.588,P<0.05).There is no statistically significant difference in depression rate between students in different majors,born places,nationalities and family structure.Conclusion: Depression is common emotional problems among freshmen,which is connected with gender,family economic situation and social environment.All departments should be concerned about it and take effective interventions.
