摘要
目的研究落葵多糖的免疫增强作用和肿瘤抑制作用。方法采用碳粒廓清试验验证落葵多糖对小鼠免疫吞噬功效影响,采用称重法测定落葵多糖对小鼠免疫器官的影响,采用S180肿瘤模型研究落葵多糖抑制肿瘤的功效。结果落葵多糖给予剂量12.5,50 mg/kg·d,可明显改变小鼠碳粒廓清指数;给予剂量50,100,200 mg/kg·d,对小鼠胸腺指数和脾指数均有较大影响;给予剂量300,500 mg/kg·d,显示出良好的抑瘤作用。结论落葵多糖能增强小鼠免疫功能、抑制S180荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长,有较好的免疫调节功能。
Objective To evaluate the immunoloregulation and anti-tumor activity of the polysaccharides from Basella rubra L.(PBRL).Methods Phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophage was determined with carbon clearance index.Immune organs was weighed and the indexes of thymus and spleen were calculated.In S180 tumor-bearing mice,the anti-tumor effect of PBRL was determined.Results PBRL administered to mice at the dose of 12.5 and 50 mg/kg?d increased the carbon clearance index(P<0.05).In mice treated with PBRL at the dose of 50,100 and 200 mg/kg?d,the indexes of thymus and spleen were increased significantly(P<0.01).When the dose of PBRL reached 300 and 500 mg/kg?d,the S180 tumors in mice were significantly inhibited by PBRL(P<0.01).Conclusion PBRL can enhance immunoloregulation in normal mice and inhibit S180 tumor growth in S180-bearing mice.
