目的分析及鉴定氯法拉滨中的氯代杂质。方法通过液-质联用法对氢氟酸合三乙胺引进的杂质进行定性。结果氢氟酸合三乙胺所引进的杂质为氯代杂质。结论控制氢氟酸合三乙胺质量,避免氯代杂质产生。

Objective To analyze and identify chlorinated impurity in clofarabine.Methods The impurity introducd by triethylamine trihydrofluoride was indentified by LC-MS.Results The impurity introducd by triethylamine trihydrofluoride was chlorinated impurity.Conclusion The quality of triethylamine trihydrofluoride should be controlled to avoid the formation of chlorinated impurity.
