尿道外口囊肿8例报告

THe report of external orifice of urethra cyst in 8 patientS

目的探讨尿道外口囊肿的临床表现以及治疗方法和效果。方法收集2007年3月~2010年7月在我院诊断为尿道外口囊肿并且行手术或穿刺治疗的8例患者,对其相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组8例患者均为男性,尿道口单发囊肿7例(87.5%),尿道口双侧囊肿1例(12.5%);5例(62.5%)患者行囊肿完全切除,2例(25%)患者行囊肿去顶减压术,1例(12.5%)患者行反复囊肿穿刺抽液治疗;行手术治疗者术后随访3个月~3年,均未见复发。行囊肿穿刺抽液治疗后3个月囊肿复发,最终行囊肿去顶减压术,术后随访3年未见复发。结论尿道外口囊肿临床表现单一,容易诊断,行囊肿完全切除或囊肿去顶减压术均能获得良好的治疗效果,行囊肿穿刺抽液治疗,容易复发。

Objective:To investigate the urethral orifice cyst of the clinical manifestations and treatment methods and results. Methods :From march 2007 to july 2010 in our hospital urethral orifice cyst diagnosed and treated in 8 patients,its retrospective analysis of relevant information.Results Of the 8 patients were male,single cyst in 7 cases(87.5%),bilateral cyst in 1 case(12.5%);5 cases(62.5%)underwent complete cyst excision,2 cases(25%) underwent cyst deroofing,one case(12.5%)underwent repeated cyst puncture therapy;underwent surgery were foIlowed up for 3 months to 3 years showed norecurrence.To puncture cyst for treatment of cyst recurrence after 3 months,the final to cyst deroofing were followed up for 3 years without recurrence.Conclusion: The clinical manifestations of urethral orifice cyst was single,easy diagnosis,complete resection to cyst or cyst deroofing can get good results,puncture cyst for treatment was easy to relapse.
