用蟹壳制备D-(+)-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以蟹壳为原料制备甲壳素,经盐酸水解、纯化得到D-(+)-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐。最佳的工艺条件为,甲壳素:盐酸投料比为1∶6(质量比),盐酸的浓度为36%,水解温度90℃,水解时间3 5h,92℃下活性炭脱色35~40min,产率为42%,产品纯度为99%~100%。 In this research work,Chitin was prepared from crab shell and D-(+)-glucosamine was obtained from the hydrolysis of chitin in the hydrochloric acid solution.The experiment results showed that the optimum technological conditions are as following:the ratio of the quantity proportion of chitin to hydrochloric acid is 1∶6;the concentration of the hydrochloric acid is 36%;the hydrolysis temp.and time are 90℃ and 3.5 h;the temp.and time for decolorazing are 92℃ and 30~40 min. The yield of the D-(+)-glucosamine hydrochloride reaches 42% and the purity is 99%.
