以网架帐篷和医疗箱组为主体建立野战手术室的应用研究

在突发公共卫生事件的医学救援中,建立野战手术室非常必要。文中通过阐述在医学救援演练中,展开折叠式网架帐篷作为临时房屋,展开医疗箱组内的麻醉机、无影灯、手术床、吸引器、电刀等仪器作为手术装备,配备供电、消毒和空调等基础设施,运用电子伤票和远程会诊等信息手段,模拟大批量手术伤员通过。展开一顶网架帐篷作为术前准备间,一顶作为无菌手术间。术前准备间用于伤情的初步诊断、安排手术次序;手术间内放置2张野战手术床,用于伤员的手术救治。以网架帐篷和医疗箱组装载的手术仪器建立的野战手术室,可以满足突发事件医学救援的需要,但是某些装备仍需进一步改进。

Setting up a field operating room is essential for emergency medical rescue.This article summarizes the experience in establishing a field operating room primarily with tents and medical equipment boxes.In emergency medical rescue exercise,we set up the field tent,laid out the contents of the equipment boxes including the anesthetic machine,shadowless lamp,operation table,suction apparatus,electrical surgery unit and so on,equipped the tent with power supply,the sterilizer,air conditioner and telemedical system,made use of electronic medical tags,and simulated the surgical treatment of batches of wounded soldiers.Two tents were set up to fulfill the purpose,one as the preparation room for wound diagnosis and preoperative arrangement,and the other,with 2 field operating tables,as the operating room.The field operating room primarily composed of tents and medical equipment boxes can meet the requirements of emergency medical rescue,though some equipment has yet to be improved.
