摘要 早期生长反应因子-1(early growth response factor-1,Egr-1)属于即刻早期基因家族,是参与引起脏器损伤各种信号通路的共同分子基础。在肝的病变损伤中,Egr-1可能在细胞信号转导机制中,是复杂的网络环节的重要交叉点,是启动和扩大脏器损伤的中心事件。Egr-1的分子开关的作用使一系列损伤因子的表达,引起组织损伤。近年来,发现肝细胞炎症损伤、胆汁淤积性肝细胞损伤、肝癌细胞增生、肝移植术后等肝细胞的损伤与Egr-1诱导的一系列损伤性炎性因子释放有关。文中就Egr-1的研究进展作一综述。 Early growth response factor-1(Egr-1) is a kind of gene in the immediately early gene family.Egr-1 constitutes a common molecular basis among all kinds of organ damage.Experimental results demonstrate that Egr-1 may be the important intersection from a complex network of cellular signal transduction in liver disease injury.Egr-1 is the central event to start and expand organ damage through the role of molecular switch,initiating a series of injury factor expression,and eventually causing tissue damage.In recent years,many scholars have found that a series injuries,such as inflammatory injury of liver cell,cholestatic liver damage,liver cancer cell proliferation and injury after liver transplantation,are relate with many Egr-1 induced inflammatory factors.These progress are reviewed in this article.
