摘要 高血压是复杂环境和遗传共同作用的多基因疾病。其中,激肽释放酶-激肽系统(kallikein-kinin system,KKS)是体内血压调控的重要组成部分,而缓激肽(bradykinin,BK)是KKS中一种主要的激肽类物质,同时也是体内最强的血管舒张物质之一。文中就近年来BK受体基因多态性方面的研究及其与高血压关系的研究报道作一综述。 Essential hypertension is a complex multifactorial disease induced by both environmental and genetic factors.The kallikein-kinin system plays an important role in blood pressure regulation.In this system,bradykinin is a major kinin peptide material as well as one of the strongest vasodilators in circulation.We reviewed recent researches on the gene polymorphism of the bradykinin receptor and the relationship between gene polymorphism and essential hypertension.
