心电图编辑在提高64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像质量中的应用 被引量:2

ECG editing of 64-slice spiral CT in improving the quality of coronary angiography

摘要 目的:探讨心电图编辑在提高64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像质量中的作用。方法:收集38例检查前已知心律失常或在检查过程中出现不可预知的心律失常或心电信号异常消失患者的冠脉成像质量进行分析评价,并与进行心电图编辑后图像质量进行对照。结果:38例中检查前发现心律失常6例,4例房性早搏,2例偶发性室性早搏,在扫描过程中突然出现窦性心动过速6例,室性早搏5例,房性早搏18例,房顫2例,1例为扫描过程中突然出现心电信号脱失。心电编辑前可评价冠脉节段占84.01%,心电编辑后可评价冠脉节段占93.08%,对心电图编辑前后可评价、不可评价冠脉节段运用2检验,得出P<0.05。结论:心电图编辑软件的应用,可以明显提高图像质量,增加检查成功率,扩大无创冠状动脉造影检查的临床应用范围。 Objective:To explore the role of ECG editing to improve 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography.Methods:38 patients with known arrhythmia or investigation before appearing in the examination process unpredictable disappearance of arrhythmia or ECG abnormalities in patients with coronary artery imaging quality analysis and evaluation,and editing images with electrocardiogram quality control.Results:38 cases of arrhythmia before the test was found in 6 cases,4 cases of atrial premature beats,two cases of sporadic premature ventricular contractions,and the other 32 cases were scanned during the sudden appearance of sinus tachycardia in 6 cases,5 cases of premature ventricular contractions,18 cases of atrial premature beats,atrial fibrillation in 2 cases,1 patient during the scan ECG suddenly dropped out.ECG pre-editing of coronary segments can be accounted for 84.01%,after ECG editing of coronary segments accounted for 93.08%.Before and after ECG editing can be on the evaluation of coronary segments can not evaluate the use of χ2 test,reached P<0.05.Conclusion:ECG-editing software applications,can significantly improve image quality and increase check the success rate of expansion of non-invasive coronary angiography for clinical aplications.
