摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像在肾动脉瘤(RAA)中的诊断价值。方法:6例临床疑诊RAA患者经16层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)。应用容积重建(VR)和最大密度投影(MIP),结合多平面重建(MPR)对肾动脉瘤显示情况进行评价。结果:6例均为单发,瘤体直径1.6~3.6cm。4例为囊状扩张,2例为梭形。多种图像与轴位图像结合能清晰地显示动脉瘤的解剖细节及其与周围器官的空间解剖关系。结论:多层螺旋CT血管成像具有无创、快捷、安全、准确性高的特点,可作为肾动脉瘤首选而有效的检查方法。
Objective:To study the application of 16-slice spiral computed tomographic angiography(MSCTA) in the diagnosis of renal artery aneurysm(RAA).Methods:Six patients with clinically suspected RAA underwent MSCTA.The data was reconstructed by volume reconstruction(VR),maximum intensity projection(MIP),with multiplanar reconstruction(MPR).We analyzed the renal artery aneurysm showed by 16 SCTA.Results:All of renal artery aneurysms were solitary.Aneurysms diameters were from 1.6 to 3.6 cm.Four cases with aneurysms were saccular;Two case was fusiform.The anatomical characters and the relationship between aneurysms and neighboring organs could be visualized clearly and directly by the reconstructed images combined with the original images.Conclusion:Owing to its noninvasiveness,fast scanning speed,high safety aspects,and accuracy property,MSCT could be used as the first and effective choice in diagnosing of renal artery aneurysm.
