Behavior Habits and Instrument Performance

人类在日常生活中的行为习惯与其学习行为有着密不可分的关联。研究人类某些生活习惯的形成规律,有利于培养人类良好的生活学习行为(习惯)。英国伦敦大学教授简.沃德尔带领研究小组对此进行了深入研究。受此启发,笔者也开始对器乐演奏中的部分技巧动作及音准训练作了科学地分析与实验;结果证明行为主义心理学范畴内对学习行为习惯的论断同样适用于器乐教学,并在器乐教学中发挥着指导性的关键作用。而人类的知识与行为技能的获得不仅是观察、学习和练习的结果,还须有良好的学习行为习惯作基础;更反映在行为获得过程中人的思维调节以及心理过程积极与主动性的参与。

People's behavior in the daily life and their acts of learning has a close relation.It will help develop a good living and studying behavior(habit) to study the formation of some habits.Professor Jane Waddell from University College London conducted an in-depth research on this with his research team.The author makes a scientific analysis and experiment of part of skills and the pitch training in instrument performance.The result shows that the conclusion of learning behavior habits of the behavioral psychology also applies to instrumental teaching and plays a key role.The acquirement of knowledge and skills is not only results from observation,learning and practice but also bases on good study habits,especially the adjustment of thinking and positive psychological involvement in the process.
