学校作为培养越剧人才的摇篮,必须贯彻"以我为主,博采众长"的教学原则,也就是在训练的内容和课程的衔接上,既要考虑本剧种的特点,又要考虑学生的学制与年龄的实际情况,在众多的教学内容中进行科学合理的分配,通过"优化"的作用加以发展,来丰富和弥补原有的不足。

As a cradle to train Shaoxing opera talents,colleges must implement the teaching principles of adopting advantages of all genres.The training content and curriculum should take into account the characteristics of Shaoxing opera as well as the educational system and student's age.The teaching content should be scientifically and rationally allocated,optimize it and enrich and make up the original.
