摘要 肺栓塞(PE)是血栓性和(或)非血栓性栓子脱落堵塞肺动脉或分支引起的呼吸循环功能障碍综合征[1],是一种较常见的急重症,因堵塞肺动脉床而引起危及生命的但本质却可逆的右心功能衰竭[2]。根据栓子类别可分为肺血栓栓塞、
