森林气候疗法的研究进展

目的探讨森林气候疗法的特点及对人体的作用,充分发挥其防治疾病、康复与保健的作用,使人们能全面、准确地了解认识森林气候疗法,以便更好地指导人们的健康与生活。方法收集、检索近几年来国内及国际有关森林气候疗法的文献资料,并进行归纳整理和分析,最后得出结论。结果森林气候疗法是现代疗养学的一项重要内容,也是保健医学的一项重要内容。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,森林气候疗法越来越受到人们的关注,在人们的生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用。结论在不远的将来,森林气候疗法将会得到更进一步的发展。

Objective To probe the characteristics of forest climatotherapy and its functions to human beings so as to prevent and treat diseases,rehabilitate and protect health,thus we can understand it comprehensively and accurately to guide our health and life.Methods Having collected and retrieved the document literature from both home and abroad about forest climatotherapy,with classification and analysis,then to draw conclusions.Results Forest climatotherapy is an important part of modern kurortology,as well as an important part of sanipratics.With the development of people's living standard,it has gained increasing attention and is playing an increasingly crucial role in our life.Conclusion Forest climatotherapy will be further developed in the near future.
