早期糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白危险因素分析

Analysis of hazards of microalbuminuria in early diabetic nephropathy

目的了解早期糖尿病肾病发病的主要危险因素,为临床治疗工作提供依据。方法通过对早期糖尿病肾病与糖尿病病程10年以上、尿微量白蛋白排泄正常两组患者的临床资料进行对照,分析高血压、高血脂、血糖控制水平、血管炎症反应等与尿微量白蛋白之间的关系。结果两组之间在糖尿病病程、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高血压及动脉硬化的检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尿微量白蛋白与高血压关系密切,r=0.701,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义;与糖尿病病程关系采用Spearman秩相关分析,r=0.008,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论高血压、动脉硬化是早期糖尿病肾病发病的最主要危险因素。

Objective To find out the main risk factors of the incidence of early diabetic nephropathy and provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods Through the course of early diabetic nephropathy and diabetes more than 10 years,urinary albumin excretion in patients with normal clinical data of the two groups were compared,analysis of blood pressure,high blood lipids,blood glucose control level,vascular inflammatory reaction and the relationship between urinary albumin.Results Between the two groups in duration of diabetes,cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,hypertension and arteriosclerosis significant difference in detection rates(P<0.05).Microalbuminuria and hypertension closely related,r=0.701,P<0.001.And the relationship between duration of diabetes using Spearman rank correlation analysis,r=0.008,P>0.05.There was no significant correlation.Conclusion High blood pressure, arteriosclerosis is the most important early diabetic kidney disease risk factors.
