射频热凝治疗胸椎间盘突出症的疗效探讨

摘要 目的探讨射频热凝靶点消融术治疗胸椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法将胸椎间盘突出症患者7例,在C臂引导下穿刺到椎间隙靶点,再用神经射频仪将温度升高到80~92℃,对靶点加热,且能够复制出原有症状来,治疗4个周期,每个治疗周期60 s。结果该组患者治疗前后Otanis'评分改善较为显著,临床治疗效果满意,优良率达85.71%以上。结论射频热凝靶点消融术是治疗胸椎间盘突出症的有效方法。 Objective To discuss the effect of radiofrequency thermo coagulation and target ablation on thoracic disc herniation(TDH).Methods We selected 7 patients who suffer from TDH,inserted into the Disc clearance target,under the guidance of C arm,and increased the temperature to 80~92 ℃.We treat the patient with 4 cycles,each treatment cycle is 60 s.Results After treatment,this group of patients' Otanis' score is significant improved,about 85.71%,so the clinical treatment effect was satisfied.Conclusion Radiofrequency thermo coagulation and target ablation are the effective methods on thoracic disc herniation.
