摘要
目的对海滨气候疗法的应用进展情况进行综述。方法检索既往有关海滨气候疗法的研究资料。结果海滨地区存在许多有益于健康的自然疗养因子,这些因素有增强体质、减少疾病、治疗疾病、延年益寿的功效。结论海滨气候疗法在调节心理平衡、消除疲劳、矫治疾病、增强体质等方面起重要作用。
Objective It sums up the application development of littoral climatotherapy.Methods By retrieving the previous research information about littoral climatotherapy.Results There exist a lot of natural convalescent factors at the seaside region that are helpful for health,which can reinforce health,reduce diseases,cure diseases and prolong life.Conclusion Littoral climatotherapy plays an important role in adjusting psychological balance,removing fatigue,treating diseases and reinforcing health.
