护理干预在中药组方治疗老年2型糖尿病中的应用

Application of nursing intervention to compound traditional chinese medicine recipe to treat type 2 diabetes

目的探讨综合护理干预措施对中药组方治疗老年2型糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响。方法将208例使用中药组方治疗老年2型糖尿病的患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组实施综合护理干预,对照组实施常规护理。对两组中药治疗3个月后血糖水平进行比较。结果干预组与对照组在采取中药治疗后空腹血糖(P=0.03)、餐后2h血糖(P=0.04)及糖化血红蛋白(P=0.03)较治疗前有显著差异,干预组均低于对照组。结论综合护理干预措施可以提高老年2型糖尿病患者自我管理、自我保健意识及治疗依从性,从而有效控制血糖水平。

Objective The effect of nursing interventions on blood glucose levels of elderly type 2 diabetes by Traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Methods The 208 patients by Traditional Chinese medicine treatment in elderly type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention,the control group received routine care.After 3 months of treatment blood glucose levels were compared.Results Intervention group and control group fasting blood glucose(P=0.03),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(P=0.04)and glycated hemoglobin(P=0.03)were significantly different after treatment.Intervention group were lower than the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions can improve the elderly with type 2 diabetes self-management,self-care awareness,improve treatment compliance,effective control of blood sugar levels.
