军队离休干部以癌症为重点的慢性疾病死因调查

Death inquiry into chronic diseases with cancer as a leading cause on military retired cadres

目的调查分析军队离休干部以癌症为重点的慢性疾病死亡率水平、死因构成及其变化趋势,为军队卫生部门制定离退休干部疾病控制规划、预防保健策略提供依据。方法采取国际疾病分类规则编码ICD-10对广州地区5所军队离职干部休养所360份完整病案进行疾病死因回顾性调查,并按不同性别进行死因的疾病种类、系统、年龄排序。结果导致军队离休干部死亡的慢性疾病排序依次为:心脏病、恶性肿瘤、肺炎、脑卒中和肾脏病。高龄老人恶性肿瘤37.22%的死亡率远远高于2006年全国居民22.44%的平均水平。恶性肿瘤死因排序前位依次为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、胰腺癌、膀胱癌。结论高龄老人是以恶性肿瘤为主要死因的慢性疾病的高发群体,是肿瘤防治的重点人群。

Objective To investigate and analyze the mortality level.The compose of death causes and its trend of change of the chronic diseases in which cancer is set as the key point among retired cadres in army and to offer basis in order to make up manages for disease control,prediction and health care for retired cadres.Methods Using the international disease classification rules coding ICD-10 to retrospectively investigate the death cause of chronic diseases of 360 died cadres.And rank the mortality level according to different genders,kinds of diseases,systems and age.Results The main diseases which cause the death of retired cadres are ranked as follows:heart diseases,malignant tumors,pneumonia,stroke and kidney diseases.The mortality of malignant tumor in older people is 37.22%which is much larger than the average people's 22.44%in 2006.The first six malignant tumors which cause death are ranked as follows:lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,pancreas cancer,leukemia,bladder cancer.Conclusion Retired cadres in army are the high-risk group of chronic diseases,and their main death cause is malignant tumors.They are the key crowd to prevent malignant tumors.
