摘要
采用种子乳液聚合改性技术,合成了具有核/壳结构的合纤装饰棉胶粘剂。该胶粘剂以乙酸乙烯酯为主单体,和其他改性、交联单体共聚,在保持良好的剥离强力的同时,改善了耐水性和弹性。讨论了乳化剂的品种和用量以及改性单体和交联单体的用量对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,完全可以取代丙烯酸酯类装饰棉胶粘剂使用,明显降低了原料成本,为装饰棉胶粘剂的合成探索出了一条新途径。
An adhesive used for the decorative cotton with core/shell structure was prepared by modified seed emulsion polymerization. The main components of this adhesive were PVAc and some other co-polymerizable monomers. The effects of the variety and the quantity or the emulsifiers, the dosages of the modified monomers and the crosslinking monomers on the properties of the adhesive were discussed. Results showed that the properties of this adhesive were better than that of polyacrylate adhesive for the decorative cotton and its price was lower.
