LEO支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗后交通动脉宽颈动脉瘤

Treatment for wide-necked aneurysms in posterior communicating artery by LEO stent-assisted coil embolization

目的总结LEO自膨式支架结合弹簧圈栓塞治疗后交通宽颈动脉瘤的经验。方法回顾性分析15例颅内后交通宽颈动脉瘤病人的临床资料,其中蛛网膜下腔出血13例,动眼神经麻痹2例。均采用LEO自膨式支架结合弹簧圈技术治疗。结果致密栓塞12例,部分栓塞3例;术中发生支架内血栓1例。随访3~6个月,3例部分栓塞病人,再次行栓塞治疗2例,失访1例;其他病人均恢复良好。结论 LEO颅内支架使用安全,适用于支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内后交通动脉宽颈动脉瘤。

Objective To summarize the experiences with LEO self-expanding stent-assisted coil embolization in the treatment for wide-necked aneurysms in posterior communicating artery.Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with wide-necked aneurysms in intracranial posterior communicating artery were analyzed retrospectively,including subarachnoid hemorrhage in 13 patients and oculomotor paralysis in 2.All the patients underwent LEO self-expanding stent-assisted coil embolization.Results Complete embolization was achieved in 12 patients and subtotal embolization in 3.Stent thrombosis occurred intraoperatively in 1 patient.During a follow up of 3 to 6 months,2 of 3 patients who underwent subtotal embolization received embolization again and 1 was lost.Other patients recovered well.Conclusions LEO stent is safe and appropriate for the stent assisted coil embolization treatment for aneurysms in intracranial posterior communicating artery
