Preparation of Polylactic Acid Microspheres Containing Total Alkaloids of Caulis Sinomenii

摘要 聚乳酸(PLA)及其共聚物具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,在人体内无积聚,最终可完全降解为二氧化碳和水。 Polylactic acid microspheres containing total alkaloids of Caulis Sinomenii were prepared by the emulsion-solvent evaporation method.The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the preparation process.Four factors such as emulsifier amount,stirring speed,emulsification temperature and time were investigated with the evaluation indexes of particle size and encapsulation efficiency.The results showed that the prepared microspheres were smooth and spherical with mean particle size of(21.5±1.2) μm,average encapsulation efficiency of(83.4±5.6)% and drug loading of(8.7±0.4)%.The in vitro release in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution at 24 h was(71.3±4.5)%.
