Carisolv技术与GiomerⅡ聚合体修复老年人根面龋的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation on Carisolv technique treating senile root caries by using GiomerⅡ ion polymer

目的:评价Carisolv技术与GiomerⅡ聚合体修复老年人根面龋的临床效果。方法:选择双侧双尖牙或磨牙患根面龋老年人120例,240颗患牙,随机分为Carisolv组和常规各组,每组各120颗患牙,分别采用Carisolv技术和临床常规治疗方法预备洞型后,每组中一侧以GiomerⅡ聚合体充填,另一侧以玻璃离子充填。记录患者在治疗过程中的疼痛程度及1年后的治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗时的疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。1年后,两种操作方法对GiomerⅡ聚合体充填后1年修复成功率分别为90.00%和91.67%,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。Carisolv技术下,GiomerⅡ聚合体和玻璃离子充填的修复成功率分别为90.00%和73.33%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。常规备洞下,GiomerⅡ聚合体和玻璃离子充填的修复成功率分别为91.67%和75.00%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:Carisolv修复技术与GiomerⅡ聚合体是老年人治疗根面龋较安全、无痛、有效的方法,可推广应用。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Carisolv technique treating senile root caries by using GiomerⅡ ion polymer.Methods:120 senile people with 240 teeth infected with root caries in both sides of bicuspid or molar were randomly divided into Carisolv group and control group,with 120 teeth each.Carious lesion was removed with Carisolv technique or conventional treatment,respectively,then one side was filled by GiomerⅡ ion polymer,and another was glass ionomer.The patient's painful perception during preparation was recorded and then restored and restorations were checked one year later.Results:The patients felt significantly less painful during tooth preparation in Carisolv group(P<0.001).In one year follow-up,the success rates of two methods was filled by GiomerⅡion polymer were 90.00% and 91.67%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In Carisolv technique of group,the success rate of GiomerⅡ ion polymer group was 90%,that of glass ionomer group was 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In conventional treatment of group,the success rate of GiomerⅡ ion polymer group was 91.67%,that of glass ionomer group was 75%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Carisolv technique treating senile cement caries by using GiomerⅡ ion polymer Carisolv seem to be a safe,painless and effective procedure.A future appliance is suggested.
