上皮间质转化在子宫内膜癌中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 子宫内膜癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一,影响患者预后的主要因素是出现局部复发及远处转移[1]。近年来越来越多的研究表明[2-3],上皮间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)在肿瘤的原位侵袭及远处转移中扮演了重要的角色,这种转化使肿瘤细胞间黏附性减弱,运动能力增强,在一系列信号分子的调控下,帮助细胞向周围组织渗入或向远处转移。
