热疗在晚期宫颈癌中的研究和应用进展 被引量：5

摘要 肿瘤热疗(hyperthermia,HT)的原理是利用物理方法将组织加热到能杀灭肿瘤细胞的温度(42.5～43.5℃)持续60～120min,达到既破坏肿瘤细胞又不损伤正常组织[正常组织细胞的温度安全界限为(45±1)℃]的一种方法。热疗能够有效地杀伤恶性肿瘤细胞,治疗后并发症、副作用轻微,且与放疗、化疗产生互补增强作用,增加患者对放疗和化疗的敏感性,同时又减轻放疗和化疗的副作用,提高机体的免疫力,提高患者的生存质量,延长患者的生命,被称之为"绿色疗法"。近30年来,
